Rogers Hornsby (full name: Rogers Hornsby; Rajah) played second baseman, shortstop and third baseman from 1932 until 1933 for the Chicago Cubs and St. Louis Cardinals. He played for the Cubs in 1932 and Cardinals in 1933. Over 23 seasons, he played 2259 games, hit 301 home runs, drove in 1579 runs, and stole 135 bases. Born on April 27, 1896 in Winters, TX, Hornsby stood 5' 11" and weighed 175 lb. He attended Northside (Fort Worth, TX) (All Transactions) high school.
