Rod Buskas (full name: Rod Buskas; no nicknames) played defenseman from 1983 until 1993 for the Pittsburgh Penguins, Vancouver Canucks, Los Angeles Kings and Chicago Blackhawks. He played for the Penguins from 1983 - 1990, Canucks in 1990, Kings from 1991 - 1992 and Blackhawks from 1992 - 1993. Over 11 seasons, he played 556 games, scored 19 goals, and made 63 assists. Born in Wetaskiwin, Alberta on January 7, 1961, Buskas stands 6-1 and weighs 206 lbs. He was drafted by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the 6th round (112th overall) of the 1981 NHL Entry Draft.
