About Rick Robey:
Rick Robey (full name: Frederick Robert Robey; Rick) played Center-Forward from 1979 until 1986 for the Indiana Pacers, Boston Celtics and Phoenix Suns. Over 8 seasons, he played 493 games, scored 3723 points (7.6 ppg) and grabbed 2301 rebounds (4.7 rpg). Robey also dished out 611 assists (1.2 apg), made 220 steals (0.4 spg), and blocked 90 shots (0.2 bpg) during his career. Born in Coral Gables, Florida on January 30, 1956, Robey stands 6-11 and weighs 230 lbs. He attended high school at Brother Martin in New Orleans, Louisiana and college at University of Kentucky. He was drafted by the Indiana Pacers in the 1st round (3rd pick, 3rd overall) of the 1978 NBA draft.
