Rex Walters (full name: Rex Andrew Walters; no nicknames) played Guard from 1994 until 2000 for the New Jersey Nets, Philadelphia 76ers and Miami Heat. Over 7 seasons, he played 335 games, scored 1547 points (4.6 ppg) and grabbed 403 rebounds (1.2 rpg). Walters also dished out 569 assists (1.7 apg), made 129 steals (0.4 spg), and blocked 30 shots (0.1 bpg) during his career. Born in Omaha, Nebraska on March 12, 1970, Walters stands 6-4 and weighs 190 lbs. He attended high school at Independence in San Jose, California and college at University of Kansas. He was drafted by the New Jersey Nets in the 1st round (16th pick, 16th overall) of the 1993 NBA draft.
