Rene Corbet (full name: Rene Corbet; no nicknames) played left wing from 1994 until 2001 for the Quebec Nordiques, Colorado Avalanche, Calgary Flames and Pittsburgh Penguins. He played for the Nordiques from 1994 - 1995, Avalanche from 1996 - 1999, Flames from 1999 - 2000 and Penguins from 2000 - 2001. Over 8 seasons, he played 362 games, scored 58 goals, and made 74 assists. Born in Victoriaville, Quebec on June 25, 1973, Corbet stands 6-0 and weighs 195 lbs. He was drafted by the Quebec Nordiques in the 2nd round (24th overall) of the 1991 NHL Entry Draft.
