Red Lucas (full name: Charles Fred Lucas; The Nashville Narcissus) played pitcher from 1932 until 1938 for the Cincinnati Reds and Pittsburgh Pirates. He played for the Reds from 1932 - 1933 and Pirates from 1934 - 1938. Over 15 seasons, he started 302 games, won 157 games, struck out 602 batters, and had a 3.72 ERA. Born on April 28, 1902 in Columbia, TN (All Transactions), Lucas stood 5' 9" and weighed 170 lb. He attended high school. His debut was on April 19, 1923 and he played his final game on October 1, 1938. Over his career, Lucas made $30,500.
