Red Kelly (full name: Red Kelly; no nicknames) played defenseman/center from 1951 until 1967 for the Detroit Red Wings and Toronto Maple Leafs. He played for the Red Wings from 1951 - 1960 and Leafs from 1960 - 1967. Over 20 seasons, he played 1316 games, scored 281 goals, and made 542 assists. Born in Simcoe, Ontario on July 9, 1927, Kelly stands 5-11 and weighs 180 lbs. He was inducted into Hockey Hall of Fame as Player in 1969.
