Reche Caldwell plays for the New England Patriots of the National Football League. He was born on March 28, 1979 in Tampa, Florida. His real name is Donald Reche Caldwell, Jr.
He studied at Jefferson High School where he earned All American honors. Caldwell was named the state’s 5A Player of the Year in the year 1996. He then decided to finish his studies at the University of Florida where he became a letterman in football. It was in 2002 when he was drafted by the San Diego Chargers in the National Football League Draft. He was a rookie when he was able to accomplish 22 catches for 208 yards, three powerful touchdowns and had returned nine kickoffs for 24.4-yard average. Caldwell has played in nine games with four starts for the team and became inactive for about seven games. He was also able to catch eight passes for 80 yards and had rushed for 39 yards on five challenging carries.
It was in 2006 when he signed with the New England Patriots. Caldwell is currently the Patriots’ number one wide receiver who has accomplished over 60 catches and 700 yards during the season. He also made 7 receptions for 80 yards in a game in 2007.
