Ray Jablonski (full name: Raymond Leo Jablonski; Jabbo) played third baseman and leftfielder from 1953 until 1960 for the St. Louis Cardinals, Cincinnati Redlegs, New York Giants and Kansas City Athletics. He played for the Cardinals from 1953 - 1959, Redlegs from 1955 - 1956, Giants from 1957 - 1958 and Athletics from 1959 - 1960. Over 8 seasons, he played 808 games, hit 83 home runs, drove in 297 runs, and stole 16 bases. Born on December 17, 1926 in Chicago, IL, Jablonski stood 5' 10" and weighed 175 lb. He attended high school. His debut was on April 14, 1953 and he played his final game on September 17, 1960. Common misspellings of his name include Raymond Jabbo Leo Ray Jablonski.
