Ray Bourque is currently the record holder for most goals, assists, and points. Playing as a defenseman in National Hockey League, Bourque was born on December 28, 1960 in Saint Laurent, Quebec.
Bourque was the 8th overall pick of the Boston Bruins during the NHL Entry Draft in 1979. During his first season with the team, Bourque had amazingly asserted himself as among the best defenseman in NHL and he had successfully won the Calder Trophy being the Rookie of the Year and also a First Team All-Star selection. For 20 seasons of playing with the Bruins, Bourque become one of the most honored players in the history of NHL.
