Rasheed Abdul Wallace plays basketball during his collegiate years at the University of North Carolina. He is a retired basketball player and drafted in the NBA in 1995 by the Washington Wizards. He was of a Muslim race and is a fan of the Philadelphia Flyers of the NHL, Philadelphia Phillies of the MLB and the Kansas City Chiefs of the NFL. After the season, he was traded to the Portland Trail Blazers for Rod Strickland and became a key member of the team to make it to the Western Conference Finals in 1999 and 2000. In the 2003-04 season, he was traded to the Atlanta Hawks and played just one game and was traded again to the Detroit Pistons where he got the 2004 NBA Championship. He left the Pistons after the 2008-09 and then linked himself to the Boston Celtics.

 

Rasheed Wallace has registered 15,860 points, 7,321 rebounds and 1,445 blocks. Aside from the NBA Championship he received in 2004, he was also a four time NBA All Star in 2000-2001, 2006 and 2008 respectively; and NBA All Rookie Second Team in 1996.
