Randy O'Neal (full name: Randall Jeffrey O'Neal; no nicknames) played pitcher from 1984 until 1990 for the Detroit Tigers, Atlanta Braves, St. Louis Cardinals, Philadelphia Phillies and San Francisco Giants. He played for the Tigers from 1984 - 1986, Braves in 1987, Cardinals from 1987 - 1988, Phillies in 1989 and Giants in 1990. Over 7 seasons, he started 46 games, won 17 games, struck out 248 batters, and had a 4.35 ERA. Born on August 30, 1960 in Ashland, KY, O'Neal stands 6' 2" and weighs 195 lb. He attended high school and was drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the 1st round (15th pick) of the 1981 amateur draft (June Secondary).
