Randy Gumpert (full name: Randall Pennington Gumpert; no nicknames) played pitcher from 1936 until 1952 for the Philadelphia Athletics, New York Yankees, Chicago White Sox, Washington Senators and Boston Red Sox. He played for the Athletics from 1936 - 1938, Yankees from 1946 - 1948, White Sox from 1948 - 1951, Senators in 1952 and Red Sox in 1952.
