About Ramon Ramirez Memorabilia & Collectibles

Ramon Ramirez is a Major League Baseball player. He is posed as pitcher and is currently lined up in the Boston Red Sox. Ramirez was born in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. Before joining the major leagues, Ramirez attended the Hiroshima Toyo Carp's academy in the Dominican Republic in 2000; Ramirez made his debut with the Carp in 2002. Ramirez appeared in only two games for the Carp before he was posted in 2003 to the Yankees.

In July 2005, the New York Yankees dealt Ramirez to the Colorado Rockies along with his minor leaguer Eduardo Sierra for Shawn Chacon. Ramirez had his professional debut in the Major League Baseball with the Colorado Rockies on April 14, 2006, versus the Philadelphia Phillies. During the 2006 seasons, which was his rookie season, Ramirez set a Rockies record by bring together the longest scoreless streak by a reliever to begin a career. Ramirez did not allow a run in his first 15 1/3 innings pitched, sources say. On March 26, 2008 Ramirez was traded to the Kansas City Royals for Jorge de la Rosa. Ramirez pitched in 71 games for the Royals with a 2.64 ERA. Recently, on November 19, 2008, Ramirez was dealt to the Boston Red Sox for outfielder Coco Crisp.

For extreme baseball fans, purchasing autographed MLB game used items is a great way for you to decorate your own game room, club house, or even your home.
