Ralph Klassen (full name: Ralph Klassen; no nicknames) played center from 1976 until 1984 for the California Golden Seals, Cleveland Barons, Colorado Rockies and St. Louis Blues. He played for the Golden Seals in 1976, Barons from 1977 - 1978, from 1978 - 1979 and Blues from 1980 - 1984. Over 9 seasons, he played 497 games, scored 52 goals, and made 93 assists. Born in Humboldt, Saskatchewan on September 15, 1955, Klassen stands 5-11 and weighs 175 lbs. He was drafted by the California Golden Seals in the 1st round (3rd overall) of the 1975 NHL Amateur Draft.
