Rabbit Warstler (full name: Harold Burton Warstler; no nicknames) played shortstop and second baseman from 1931 until 1940 for the Boston Red Sox, Philadelphia Athletics, Boston Bees and Chicago Cubs. He played for the Red Sox from 1931 - 1933, Athletics from 1934 - 1936, Bees from 1936 - 1940 and Cubs in 1940. Over 11 seasons, he played 1205 games, hit 11 home runs, drove in 431 runs, and stole 42 bases. Born on September 13, 1903 in North Canton, OH, Warstler stood 5' 7" and weighed 150 lb. He attended North Canton (North Canton, OH) (All Transactions) high school. His debut was on July 24, 1930 and he played his final game on September 29, 1940.
