Lavonya Quintelle Carter or better known as Quincy Carter was raised in Decatur, Georgia and was born on October 13, 1977. He is well remembered as an outstanding football player in the quarterback position. He had his start in the league when he was chosen by the
Dallas Cowboys in the year 2001. Due to his excellent performances and game standing even when he was still in college at University of Georgia, he was taken in by the Cowboys.
