Pete Reiser (full name: Harold Patrick Reiser; Pistol Pete) played outfielder and third baseman from 1940 until 1952 for the Brooklyn Dodgers, Boston Braves, Pittsburgh Pirates and Cleveland Indians. He played for the Dodgers from 1940 - 1948, Braves from 1949 - 1950, Pirates in 1951 and Indians in 1952. Over 10 seasons, he played 861 games, hit 58 home runs, drove in 473 runs, and stole 87 bases. Born on March 17, 1919 in St. Louis, MO, Reiser stood 5' 11" and weighed 185 lb. He attended high school. His debut was on July 23, 1940 and he played his final game on July 5, 1952. Over his career, Reiser made $30,000.
