Pete Redfern (full name: Peter Irvine Redfern; no nicknames) played pitcher from 1976 until 1982 for the Minnesota Twins. He played for the Twins from 1976 - 1982. Over 7 seasons, he started 111 games, won 42 games, struck out 426 batters, and had a 4.54 ERA. Born on August 25, 1954 in Glendale, CA, Redfern stands 6' 2" and weighs 195 lb. He attended Sylmar (Sylmar, CA) high school and was drafted by the Minnesota Twins in the 1st round (1st pick) of the 1976 amateur draft (January Secondary). His debut was on May 15, 1976 and he played his final game on September 5, 1982. Common misspellings of his name include Peter Irvine Pete peter Redfern.
