Patrick Traverse (full name: Patrick Traverse; no nicknames) played defenseman from 1996 until 2006 for the Ottawa Senators, Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, Boston Bruins, Montreal Canadiens and Dallas Stars. He played for the Senators from 1996 - 2000, Mighty Ducks in 2001, Bruins in 2001, Canadies from 2001 - 2003 and Stars in 2006. Over 7 seasons, he played 279 games, scored 14 goals, and made 51 assists. Born in Montreal, Quebec on March 14, 1974, Traverse stands 6-4 and weighs 207 lbs. He was drafted by the Ottawa Senators in the 3rd round (50th overall) of the 1992 NHL Entry Draft.
