Patrice Brisebois (full name: Patrice Brisebois; no nicknames) played defenseman from 1991 until 2009 for the Montreal Canadiens and Colorado Avalanche. He played for the Canadies from 1991 - 2009 and Avalanche from 2006 - 2007. Over 18 seasons, he played 1009 games, scored 98 goals, and made 322 assists. Born in Montreal, Quebec on January 27, 1971, Brisebois stands 6-2 and weighs 197 lbs. He was drafted by the Montreal Canadiens in the 2nd round (30th overall) of the 1989 NHL Entry Draft. Brisebois officially announced retirement on September 24, 2009.
