Norm Zauchin (full name: Norbert Henry Zauchin; no nicknames) played first baseman from 1951 until 1959 for the Boston Red Sox and Washington Senators. He played for the Red Sox from 1951 - 1957 and Senators from 1958 - 1959. Over 6 seasons, he played 346 games, hit 50 home runs, drove in 134 runs, and stole 5 bases. Born on November 17, 1929 in Royal Oak, MI, Zauchin stood 6' 4" and weighed 220 lb. He attended Kimball (Royal Oak, MI) high school.
