Neil Johnson (full name: Neil A. Johnson; no nicknames) played Forward-Center from 1967 until 1973 for the New York Knickerbockers, Phoenix Suns and Virginia Squires. Over 7 seasons, he played 380 games, scored 2633 points (6.9 ppg) and grabbed 2003 rebounds (5.3 rpg). Johnson also dished out 632 assists (1.7 apg), made steals (0.0 spg), and blocked shots (0.0 bpg) during his career. Born in Jackson, Michigan on April 17, 1943, Johnson stands 6-7 and weighs 220 lbs. He attended high school at George Washington in New York, New York and college at Creighton University. He was drafted by the Baltimore Bullets in the 2nd round (5th pick, 15th overall) of the 1966 NBA draft.
