Murray Baron (full name: Murray Baron; no nicknames) played defenseman from 1990 until 2004 for the Philadelphia Flyers, St. Louis Blues, Montreal Canadiens, Phoenix Coyotes and Vancouver Canucks. He played for the Flyers from 1990 - 1991, Blues from 1992 - 2004, Canadies in 1997, Coyotes from 1997 - 1998 and Canucks from 1999 - 2003. Over 15 seasons, he played 988 games, scored 35 goals, and made 94 assists. Born in Prince George, British Columbia on June 1, 1967, Baron stands 6-3 and weighs 215 lbs. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 8th round (167th overall) of the 1986 NHL Entry Draft.
