He played for the Red Sox in 1931 and White Sox from 1932 - 1934. Over 11 seasons, he started 269 games, won 97 games, struck out 615 batters, and had a 4.55 ERA. Born on January 27, 1896 in Ridgefield Park, NJ (All Transactions), Gaston stood 6' 1" and weighed 185 lb. He attended high school.
