Mike Rogers (full name: Mike Rogers; no nicknames) played center from 1980 until 1986 for the Hartford Whalers, New York Rangers and Edmonton Oilers. He played for the Whalers from 1980 - 1981, Rangers from 1982 - 1986 and Oilers in 1986. Over 7 seasons, he played 484 games, scored 202 goals, and made 317 assists. Born in Calgary, Alberta on October 24, 1954, Rogers stands 5-9 and weighs 170 lbs. He was drafted by the Vancouver Canucks in the 5th round (77th overall) of the 1974 NHL Amateur Draft.
