Mike Krukow (full name: Michael Edward Krukow; the Polish Prince) played pitcher from 1976 until 1989 for the Chicago Cubs, Philadelphia Phillies and San Francisco Giants. He played for the Cubs from 1976 - 1981, Phillies in 1982 and Giants from 1983 - 1989. Over 14 seasons, he started 355 games, won 124 games, struck out 1478 batters, and had a 3.90 ERA. Born on January 21, 1952 in Long Beach, CA, Krukow stands 6' 5" and weighs 205 lb. He attended San Gabriel (San Gabriel, CA) high school and was drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the 8th round of the 1973 amateur draft. His debut was on September 6, 1976 and he played his final game on June 4, 1989. Over his career, Krukow made $3,798,000.
