Mike Kreevich (full name: Michael Andreas Kreevich; no nicknames) played centerfielder from 1935 until 1945 for the Chicago White Sox, Philadelphia Athletics, St. Louis Browns and Washington Senators. He played for the White Sox from 1935 - 1941, Athletics in 1942, Browns from 1943 - 1945 and Senators in 1945. Over 12 seasons, he played 1241 games, hit 45 home runs, drove in 676 runs, and stole 115 bases. Born on June 10, 1908 in Mount Olive, IL (All Transactions), Kreevich stood 5' 7" and weighed 168 lb. He attended high school. His debut was on September 7, 1931 and he played his final game on September 23, 1945. Common misspellings of his name include Michael Andreas mark michael Mike Kreevich.
