Mike Eaves (full name: Mike Eaves; no nicknames) played center from 1979 until 1986 for the Minnesota North Stars and Calgary Flames. He played for the North Stars from 1979 - 1983 and Flames from 1984 - 1986. Over 7 seasons, he played 324 games, scored 83 goals, and made 143 assists. Born in Denver, Colorado on June 10, 1956, Eaves stands 5-10 and weighs 180 lbs. He was drafted by the St. Louis Blues in the 7th round (113th overall) of the 1976 NHL Amateur Draft. Eaves officially announced retirement on May 4, 1986.
