Mike Easler (full name: Michael Anthony Easler; Hit Man) played leftfielder and designated hitter from 1973 until 1987 for the Houston Astros, California Angels, Pittsburgh Pirates, Boston Red Sox, New York Yankees and Philadelphia Phillies. He played for the Astros from 1973 - 1975, Angels in 1976, Pirates from 1977 - 1983, Red Sox from 1984 - 1985, Yankees from 1986 - 1987 and Phillies in 1987. Over 14 seasons, he played 1151 games, hit 118 home runs, drove in 465 runs, and stole 20 bases. Born on November 29, 1950 in Cleveland, OH, Easler stands 6' 0" and weighs 190 lb. He attended Benedictine (Cleveland, OH) high school and was drafted by the Houston Astros in the 14th round of the 1969 amateur draft. His debut was on September 5, 1973 and he played his final game on October 4, 1987. Over his career, Easler made $2,008,333.
