Michael Wuertz is an American professional baseball athlete who once played in the Chicago Cubs and is currently lined up as pitcher for the Oakland Athletics in the Major League Baseball. Wuertz was born on December 15, 1978 in Austin, Minnesota and graduated from Austin High School.
