Matti Hagman (full name: Matti Hagman; no nicknames) played center from 1977 until 1982 for the Boston Bruins and Edmonton Oilers. He played for the Bruins from 1977 - 1978 and Oilers from 1981 - 1982. Over 4 seasons, he played 237 games, scored 56 goals, and made 89 assists. Born in Helsinki, Finland on September 21, 1955, Hagman stands 6-0 and weighs 183 lbs. He was drafted by the Boston Bruins in the 6th round (104th overall) of the 1975 NHL Amateur Draft.
