About Matt Guokas:
Matt Guokas (full name: Matthew George Guokas Jr.; no nicknames) played Guard-Forward from 1967 until 1976 for the Philadelphia 76ers, Chicago Bulls, Cincinnati Royals, Kansas City-Omaha Kings, Houston Rockets, Buffalo Braves and Kansas City Kings. Over 10 seasons, he played 735 games, scored 4285 points (5.8 ppg) and grabbed 1446 rebounds (2.0 rpg). Guokas also dished out 2174 assists (3.0 apg), made 117 steals (0.2 spg), and blocked 41 shots (0.1 bpg) during his career. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on February 25, 1944, Guokas stands 6-5 and weighs 175 lbs. He attended college at Saint Joseph's University. He was drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers in the 1st round (9th pick, 9th overall) of the 1966 NBA draft.
