Marty Castillo is widely known as an outstanding player in the Major League Baseball. He hails from Anaheim, Canada and was born on January 16, 1957. He played as a third baseman and also a pitcher. He had been selected by the Detroit Tigers in the year 1978. Over 5 seasons, he played 201 games, hit 8 home runs, drove in 31 runs, and stole 3 bases. Born on January 16, 1957 in Long Beach, CA, Castillo stands 6' 1" and weighs 190 lb. He attended Savanna (Anaheim, CA) high school and was drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the 5th round of the 1978 amateur draft. His debut was on August 19, 1981 and he played his final game on October 5, 1985. Over his career, Castillo made $76,000. Common misspellings of his name include Martin Horace Marty Castillo.
