Martina Hingis was born in Kosice, Slovakia on September 30, 1980.
Known as the “Swiss Miss” she is a victorious tennis player that won many awards in her tennis career. Her parents were both tennis players. Still 2 years old, she began hitting tennis balls. At the age of four, she entered her first tournament. She then became the youngest player to win a Grand Slam junior title in 1993.
