About Martin Gramatica Memorabilia & Collectibles
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Martin Gramatica prefers to play American football rather than its European equivalent. He is a professional football player in the NFL. He spent a long time playing for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Gramatica went to LaBelle High School in Florida and only started playing football during his last year in high school.
He went to Kansas State University and was able to set a record in the school after he came up with 135 points during just one season. For accomplishing such feat, he was dubbed as “Automatica”. He was the recipient of the Lou Groza Award and was selected into the first team of the All-America.
During the 1999 NFL Draft, he was picked by the Buccaneers during the third round. He went on to play for Tampa Bay for the first five seasons of his career. With Tampa Bay, Gramatica was named into the second team of the AP All-Pro and the Pro Bowl in 2000. He was also with the Bucs when the team won the Super Bowl XXXVII.
Gramatica also played for the Indianapolis Colts (2004 and 2006), the Dallas Cowboys (2006-2007), and the New Orleans Saints (2007-2008). Gramatica is currently a free agent.
