An actor, producer and former rapper of the band Marky Mark, Mark Robert Michael Wahlberg was from Boston Massachusetts and married to Rhea Durham. He was the youngest in a brood nine. During his teen years, he has been in trouble with the Boston police numerous times because of his addiction to cocaine. Aside from that, Mark Wahlberg has faced many assaults and convictions during his troubled teen years. Hi star began to rise when he became a member of the 90’s band New Kids on the Block along with his brother Donnie Wahlberg. He soon quitted because of the squeaky clean image of the band. He became interested in film and started an acting career. His first debut was in 1993 in the TV movie the Substitute. He also starred in many movies before and is currently filming Contraband to be released in 2012. In 2007 he starred in the movie “We own the Night” together with Joaquin Phoenix and Eva Mendes.He has also ventured into film production producing films like the Contraband and the fighter among the many movies he produced.
