Mark Madsen (full name: Mark Ellsworth Madsen; Mad Dog) played Forward from 2001 until 2009 for the Los Angeles Lakers and Minnesota Timberwolves. Over 9 seasons, he played 453 games, scored 975 points (2.2 ppg) and grabbed 1157 rebounds (2.6 rpg). Madsen also dished out 181 assists (0.4 apg), made 116 steals (0.3 spg), and blocked 102 shots (0.2 bpg) during his career. Born in Walnut Creek, California on January 28, 1976, Madsen stands 6-9 and weighs 240 lbs. He attended high school at San Ramon Valley in Danville, California and college at Stanford University. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers in the 1st round (29th pick, 29th overall) of the 2000 NBA draft.
