Over 11 seasons, he started 149 games, won 65 games, struck out 892 batters, and had a 4.57 ERA. Born on April 13, 1963 in Joliet, IL, Leiter stands 6' 3" and weighs 200 lb. He attended Central Regional (Bayville, NJ) high school and was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the 4th round of the 1983 amateur draft (January). Player signed May 9, 1983.
