Mark Christman (full name: Marquette Joseph Christman; no nicknames) played third baseman and shortstop from 1938 until 1949 for the Detroit Tigers, St. Louis Browns and Washington Senators. He played for the Tigers from 1938 - 1939, Browns from 1939 - 1946 and Senators from 1947 - 1949. Over 9 seasons, he played 911 games, hit 19 home runs, drove in 294 runs, and stole 17 bases. Born on October 21, 1913 in Maplewood, MO (All Transactions), Christman stood 5' 11" and weighed 175 lb. He attended high school.
