Mark Aguirre (full name: Mark Anthony Aguirre; no nicknames) played Forward-Guard from 1982 until 1994 for the Dallas Mavericks, Detroit Pistons and Los Angeles Clippers. Over 13 seasons, he played 923 games, scored 18458 points (20.0 ppg) and grabbed 4578 rebounds (5.0 rpg). Aguirre also dished out 2871 assists (3.1 apg), made 687 steals (0.7 spg), and blocked 296 shots (0.3 bpg) during his career. Born in Chicago, Illinois on December 10, 1959, Aguirre stands 6-6 and weighs 232 lbs. He attended high school at George Westinghouse in Chicago, Illinois and college at DePaul University. He was drafted by the Dallas Mavericks in the 1st round (1st pick, 1st overall) of the 1981 NBA draft.
