Mario Elie (full name: Mario Antoine Elie; no nicknames) played Guard-Forward from 1991 until 2001 for the Philadelphia 76ers, Golden State Warriors, Portland Trail Blazers, Houston Rockets, San Antonio Spurs and Phoenix Suns. Over 11 seasons, he played 732 games, scored 6265 points (8.6 ppg) and grabbed 2017 rebounds (2.8 rpg). Elie also dished out 1875 assists (2.6 apg), made 671 steals (0.9 spg), and blocked 129 shots (0.2 bpg) during his career. Born in New York, New York on November 26, 1963, Elie stands 6-5 and weighs 210 lbs. He attended high school at Power Memorial in New York, New York and college at American International College. He was drafted by the Milwaukee Bucks in the 7th round (21st pick, 160th overall) of the 1985 NBA draft.
