About Marcus Fizer Memorabilia & Collectibles
Marcus Fizer is another great athlete, born on August 10, 1978 at Inkster, Michigan. Today, he is also playing for the team, Guaynabo Mets in Puerto Rico. Basically an American professional basketball player who was chosen by the team Chicago Bulls during the fourth pick of the 2000 NBA Draft. His coach Tim Floyd was the same coach that engaged him to Iowa State.
According to most experts, they made an analysis for the move of the team of drafting Fizer. They simply thought that drafting Fizer was done just to trade him for another player knowing that a fierce forward spot/position was already taken by Elton Brand. This did not become a reality and for four years, this awesome athlete stayed with the Chicago Bulls team. In 2004 the Charlotte Bobcats just preferred him to be part of the expansion draft but he did not make it thus he accepted and signed with the Milwaukee Bucks as a free agent. This was just only for one season and after that, there many teams that he signed up for as a free agent. These would include the Austin Toros of the NBA Development League and the Seattle SuperSonics. Surprisingly, by March 31, 2006, for the 2005–2006 season, he earned the NBA Development League MVP and also made a contract with the New Orleans Hornets good for ten days.
Just recently in February 2010, Fizer made a contract with the Guaynabo Mets of Puerto Rico, playing hand in hand with Antoine Walker. Sportsmemorabilia.com offers an autographed photo and a unique autographed basketball for fans who are ready to grab a collectible item from this basketball athlete.
