Marco Anthony Rivera, more popularly known as Marco Rivera was born on April 26, 1972 in Brooklyn New York. He is a former offensive lineman in the NFL. He is of Puerto Rican descent. He attended Elmont Memorial High School in the Long Island, New York. He was known as great well rounded athlete and he won four awards as an offensive lineman. He studied at Penn State University from the year 1992 until 1995. He became famous at Penn for his good skills in football. He played a total of forty one games with the Nittany Lions. He also made appearances in some bowl games thrice, like in the Outback, Rose, and Blockbuster. He finished a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice in the Pe State in the year 1995.
His professional career began when he was chosen by the Green Bay Packers in the sixth round of the 1996 National Football League draft. During his first years, he was very active and he became a key practice person for his team. In the year 1997, he was allocated to the Scottish Claymores, a team of the World League and he started to play in the first ten games. He was awarded as an Honorable Mention of the All World League by the Pro Football Weekly. In 2002, he started his career in the Pro Bowl selection. He continued to play even though he had medical collateral ligaments in both of his knees. In 2005, he moved to the Dallas Cowboys and he stayed with them until 2007 when he was released due to health reasons.
