Marc Bergevin (full name: Marc Bergevin; no nicknames) played defenseman from 1985 until 2004 for the Chicago Black Hawks, Chicago Blackhawks, New York Islanders, Hartford Whalers, Tampa Bay Lightning, Detroit Red Wings, St. Louis Blues, Pittsburgh Penguins and Vancouver Canucks. He played for the Black Hawks from 1985 - 1986, Blackhawks from 1987 - 1989, Islanders from 1989 - 1990, Whalers from 1991 - 1992, Lightning from 1993 - 2003, Red Wings in 1996, Blues from 1997 - 2002, Penguins from 2001 - 2004 and Canucks in 2004. Over 20 seasons, he played 1191 games, scored 36 goals, and made 145 assists. Born in Montreal, Quebec on August 11, 1965, Bergevin stands 6-1 and weighs 209 lbs. He was drafted by the Chicago Blackhawks in the 3rd round (60th overall) of the 1983 NHL Entry Draft.
