About Manute Bol:
Manute Bol (full name: Manute Bol; no nicknames) played Center from 1986 until 1995 for the Washington Bullets, Golden State Warriors, Philadelphia 76ers and Miami Heat. Over 10 seasons, he played 624 games, scored 1599 points (2.6 ppg) and grabbed 2647 rebounds (4.2 rpg). Bol also dished out 171 assists (0.3 apg), made 126 steals (0.2 spg), and blocked 2086 shots (3.3 bpg) during his career. Born in Gogrial, Sudan on October 16, 1962, Bol stood 7-6 and weighed 200 lbs. He attended high school at Case Western Reserve English Language in Cleveland, Ohio and college at University of Bridgeport. He was drafted by the Washington Bullets in the 2nd round (7th pick, 31st overall) of the 1985 NBA draft.
