 Lorinza Harrington Jr. was born on October 2, 1980 in Wagram, North Carolina. Nicknamed “Junior”, he is a professional basketball athlete who played in different leagues including the National Basketball Association. He has a height of 6 ft. 4 in. and weighs 190 lbs. He played collegiate basketball at Wingate University in North Carolina where he played as a guard. He went pro in 2002 as a free agent for the Denver Nuggets and spent the 2002-2003 season with the team. He was able to appear in 82 games that year. He also played for other NBA teams like the New Orleans Hornets and the Memphis Grizzlies. He had a 10-day deal with the Memphis Grizzlies and had a deal with the Union Olimpia Ljubljana of the Euroleague. His NBA career record includes 140 games played and a point per game average of 5.2 and 3.1 APG.

Aside from the National Basketball Association, he also played for the Continental Basketball Association and in different countries like Ukraine, Spain, Slovenia and Russia.

Recently, he became part of the Asseco Prokom Gdynia of the Polish Euroleague. He is expected to play the 2009-2010 seasons with them.
