Lew Morrison (full name: Lew Morrison; no nicknames) played right wing from 1970 until 1978 for the Philadelphia Flyers, Atlanta Flames, Washington Capitals and Pittsburgh Penguins. He played for the Flyers from 1970 - 1972, Flames from 1973 - 1974, Capitals in 1975 and Penguins from 1975 - 1978. Over 9 seasons, he played 564 games, scored 39 goals, and made 52 assists. Born in Gainsborough, Saskatchewan on February 11, 1948, Morrison stands 6-0 and weighs 185 lbs. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 1st round (8th overall) of the 1968 NHL Amateur Draft.
