He played for the Bruins from 1952 - 1961 and Red Wings from 1961 - 1962. Over 11 seasons, he played 643 games, scored 128 goals, and made 193 assists. Born in Haileybury, Ontario on July 22, 1931, Labine stood 5-10 and weighed 170 lbs.
