Len Frig (full name: Len Frig; no nicknames) played defenseman from 1973 until 1980 for the Chicago Black Hawks, California Golden Seals, Cleveland Barons and St. Louis Blues. He played for the Black Hawks from 1973 - 1974, Golden Seals from 1975 - 1976, Barons in 1977 and Blues from 1978 - 1980. Over 6 seasons, he played 311 games, scored 13 goals, and made 51 assists. Born in Lethbridge, Alberta on October 30, 1950, Frig stands 5-11 and weighs 190 lbs. He was drafted by the Chicago Blackhawks in the 3rd round (42nd overall) of the 1970 NHL Amateur Draft.
